The site carries the DNA of its industrial past. Rather than erase it, we embrace it. The existing architecture provides the foundation for a new chapter—where advanced technology meets contemporary craftsmanship.
The Vision
From 2027 onwards, Lichtenwerk will evolve into a vibrant district for skilled trades, manufacturing, research, education, and culture. A place where businesses, makers, and creative minds work side by side on the historic KONSUM site in Berlin-Lichtenberg.
